A proud veteran, Dee served in the United States military for 24 years.  Serving in both the US Navy and the Air Force, she was stationed at US and overseas military installations, including Port Hueneme, California and Okinawa, Japan. In addition, her duties took her to some remote places, including Diego Garcia, Tonga, Samoa, and other global locations. 

During her military career, she was a Financial Management Specialist. In this position, she created multi-million dollar budget plans and distributed funding. She managed end-of-fiscal year close out and ensured that funds were appropriately spent and accounted for. She prepared financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting regulations and policies that affect complex accounting assignments. As a subject matter expert, she functioned as a Financial Advisor, Funds Manager, and Auditor. Dee has received numerous accolades for her outstanding military service, including Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year and a Certificate of Appreciation signed by former President Barack Obama. 

Dealier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Laverne, California. She is an alumna of Knox College, High School, and a proud native of Trelawny, Jamaica. See Dee’s work at
